We measure every room, plan seam placement away from doorways and traffic lines, and stretch the carpet onto new tack strip so it stays flat for years instead of rippling at the seams.
Most wrinkled carpet has plenty of life left. We pull it back onto the tack strip with a power stretcher, re-secure the edges and trim the excess so the floor lies flat again.
We harvest matching material from a closet or offcut, insert the patch, then hand-shear the fibers so the repair blends into the surrounding pile — visible only if you know where to look.
We check and level the subfloor first, then lay planks with consistent expansion gaps and undercut every door casing so the flooring slides underneath instead of butting against it.
A floor is only as good as what is under it. We open up soft spots, replace damaged plywood, secure loose boards and reset transitions so the finished surface has something solid to sit on.
Wool, nylon and polyester each react differently to cleaning agents. We identify the fiber and the stain type, spot-treat it properly, then rinse and dry so nothing wicks back to the surface.
We pre-spray, agitate the pile to break up soil, then hot-water extract and dry with air movers so your carpets are walkable the same day and dry within hours.
If the odor keeps coming back, the source is usually in the pad or subfloor. We remove the contaminated layer, treat and seal the deck, then refit pad and carpet so the smell does not return.
